If you need to exchange an item, please review our policy below: Eligibility for Exchange: You may exchange most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a replacement. Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days. The total time for your exchange to be completed may vary, but you can generally expect to receive your replacement within 5 days after shipping your return.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
